Our Transport Process ( page 2)

EXPERIENCED. RELIABLE. INSURED.

ON TIME. EVERY TIME

Don Saunders and Bobby Carey loading the Jenneau from the travel lift onto Port to Port trailer. Balance and proper position on the trailer is all about travel safety for the boat and to avoid any movement of the boat with roadway construction and pitfalls.

Bobby Carey and Don Saunders discuss the best options for the ratchet straps based on protecting the fiberglass swim platform ( it is hollow underneath and appears flexible). With the structure, we avoid any straps on the swim platform.

We always apply carpet strips along the ratchet strips so there is no rubbing of the straps on the boat. The carpet is put in place and the strap is tighten up to hold the boat down and the strap and carpeting holds in place.

Don Saunders, owner of Port to Port Yacht Transport is taking pictures of the boat after the boat is strapped down. He notes that pictures are taken at the time we are contracted ( before it is moved anywhere). Secondly, when the boat is on the trailer securely. Lastly, when we arrive at the new destination or Port, we take pictures of the boat. This process helps the owners as well as Port to Port Yacht transport in the delivery of your boat in the same condition as when it was picked up.

Port to Port Yacht transport delivers the Jenneau 895 to Mystic Connecticut, her new home port.
